Clark Crew BBQ Review

Since opening on December 9, 2019, I have wanted to go to Clark Crew BBQ but have never had a chance till now. All I want to say is “WOW”. I went there for lunch so I didn't have to wait for a seat or wait long for my food, both were achieved. I sat down at the bar and when the waiter handed me the menu, I said I didn't need it because I’ve known what I wanted months prior.

I ended up ordering the 5XL (over 1 lb. of BBQ piled high on a bun - smoked bologna, chopped pork, chopped brisket, sausage, and ribs with Clark’s original BBQ sauce) which came with a side of House chips. The sandwich was so big, I was sitting there contemplating how I was going to eat it. I ended up figuring it out with small bites and lots of BBQ sauce (Original, Competition and Spicy) that tasted really good.

The sandwich was exceptional along with the House chips and I am sure whatever else I would have ordered would have been just as good. I have heard a lot of reviews about this place and now I truly believe it is something special; the environment was nice and welcoming. I will definitely be going back to Clark Crew BBQ and I believe this is some of the best BBQ I've ever had.
